Question: Are the fire district's annual expenditures for all funds (exclusive of capital outlay) equal or greater than $1,850,000? (See Note 1 which is at the bottom of the image). This has an arrow which extends to Tier I.

Question: Does the fire district have a charter, by-law, or other external requirement to have an annual audit? This has an arrow which extends to Tier I.

Question: Has the fire district routinely had annual audits performed of its financial statements? If yes, we recommend that annual audits continue. This has an arrow which extends to Tier I.

Question: Are the fire district's annual expenditures for all funds (exclusive of capital outlay more than $650,000 annually but less than $1.85 million annually? (See Note 1 which is at the bottom of the image). This has an arrow which extends to Tier II.

Question: Are the fire district's annual expenditures for all funds ( exclusive of capital outlay) less than $650,000 annually but outstanding debt is greater than 3X annual expenditures? (See Note 1 which is at the bottom of the image). This has an arrow which extends to Tier II.

Question: Did the fire district answer no to all the above questions? This has an arrow which extends to Tier III.
