The Office of the Auditor General exists to support the State Legislature and Federal Government in meeting their constitutional responsibilities and to help improve the performance and accountability of government.

340B Drug Pricing Program Reporting, Audit, Compliance, and Enforcement

RIGL §5-19.3-6 requires covered entities (provider entities) to submit annual reports regarding their participation in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. That statute required the Office of the Auditor General to promulgate policies and procedures regarding Reporting, Compliance, and Enforcement (RI Code of Regulations Title 130, Auditor General, Part 2).
